I was the Site Manager for my company over the North Flordia (Jacksonville) market. I remodeled Publix
grocery stores & performed new store set-ups. I was able to come in and secure the work in this market for
my employer.

Property Maintenance & Farm Manager
Advanced Imaging of Gadsden - Gadsden, AL - September 2012 to January 2016
Responsibilities
I perform all routine & non routine maintenance on both of our imaging offices. I also do all remodeling,new
construction,and building repairs needed on both properties. I also manage Dr. Hager's 84 acre Alpaca Farm
and do all maintenance and repairs on his private home as well.

Accomplishments
I have saved the Hager family thousands of dollars from either incompetent,untrustworthy, and unreliable sub
contractors. At the home and businesses. I have also turned the farm around from a problematic state where
they were losing valuable animal assets. To a healthy and productive farm that is seeing the highest birth
weights they have ever recorded. I have resolved all parasite issues in both male & female herds and brought
the entire investment back from the brink of collapse.

Skills Used
I haved used every skill that I have aquired in my 20 years of being in the construction bussines and have
delveloped many others that I hadn't had the opportunity to aquire yet in trade work. I have become extremely
well rounded in all aspects of building and renovation commercially and residentially. You would be hard
pressed to find any aspect of skilled trade work that I am not experienced in at this point in my career. I also
had to learn how to manage a full running farm that was being run into bankruptcy upon my employment with
the Hager's.

Construction Superintendent
Arris Construction Inc. - Anniston, AL - October 2011 to September 2012
Responsibilities
At this job the company I worked for had maintenance contracts with Lowe's & Academy Sports. I would travel
to a specific store location and either Manage the project through it's duration with hired sub contractors or
company employees. It would depend on the size and scope of work needed to be performed at each location.
Accomplishments
I was able to expand my knowledge and experience of managing either hired sub contractors or company
employed crews in a retail setting. I gained valuable corporate contacts that still to this day have proved to
be valuable life long connections.

At this job I demeonstrated my ability to finish projects on time and under budget. I also demonstrated my
willingness to meet or exceed the expectations of our companiesclients,i.e. Lowe's & Academy Sports

Senior Site Manager
Tab Retail Remodeling - Gainesville, GA - October 2006 to September 2011
Responsibilities
I managed full scale remodels and new store set ups for my companies client Wal Mart. During a store
remodel I would have three crews 1st,2nd,and 3rd shifts consisting of 55-65 employees. All crews had shift
managers that reported directly to me. I would act as a liaison between my company and our client. I would
also keep my company and corporate project managers in Bentonville,Arkansas up to date on status daily
operations,project completion deadlines, and track all store sales and make sure client was still operating
at a profitable margin during course of remodel. During a new store set up I would have a team of 55-65
employees,depending on project size. We would have two weeks to set up entire store. This included all
counters,displays,bike rack,mill work packages,backroom and cooler steel,cash wraps,and we would build
vision centers and complete all administrative offices to print requirements. During these new set ups I would
have coordinate all daily operations through Construction Superintendent on site and make sure my team
was operating on schedule and working safely. I would also have to keep my corporate office and Wal Marts
Corporate Project Managers up to speed on daily operations,budget tracking, and deadline expectations.

Accomplishments
I was one of the most successful site managers in my company. I had the flexibility to complete all projects
that my company contracted. This being Wal Mart remodels,Wal Mart new store set ups,and Sam's Club re-
steels. I was one of the only site managers that could be utilized to manage any of the various projects that
we bid on as a company. I was one of only a handful of site managers that was unionized and able to manage
union projects.

Skills Used
At this job I demonstrated my ability to manage large scale projects and get them finished on time and under
budget. I also demonstrated my ability to meet all of our clients needs and wants in a timely manner while
managing large groups of company employees.
