- Experience with heights, towers, roofs, ladders, climbing harnesses and related equipment

- Two years of manlift operating experience

- Laborer (all types of manual labor, construction helper, electrician helper, experience with all hand, power tools and related equipment)

- NY drivers license (experience driving company cargo vans and box trucks)

Education:

- High School for Construction Trades, Engineering and architectural design

- G.E.D. equivalent

Certifications:

- OSHA Certification: avoidance, abatement and prevention of workplace hazards

- Pride Certification: forklift, scissorlift, manlift(mostly manlift experience)
