Work History
June 2012/ Present – SignalTech, Inc. SUPVR: Marc Bournique
Started as just another tower hand while progressing myself forward in the industry. By April 2013 I had progressed myself into a Tiger Team lead with the help of my current company. Still currently employed with SignalTech, Inc. but on standby waiting to get called back into market/ looking for better opportunity.
July 2011/ June 2012 – Diverse Construction. SUPVR: Brandon Young
Worked as a part of a four man install crew learning and training how to become a better Tower Hand. Started as a ground guy helping the foreman with any and everything needed to get the job completed proficiently with zero punches. Every now and then I would get the chance to help with tower support and ground cuts via the work load and time left to complete SOW. Left Diverse Construction due to work slowing down and a better career advancing opportunity came along.
Feb 2010/ July 2011 – Techsico Enterprises. SUPVR: Brandon Young
In Feb 2011 I was asked by my supervisor if I wanted to learn how to climb and work on cell towers. I was an audio/ video tech doing high-end home theater installs and general fiber/ cat6 retro installs with a few months of Cricket and Huawei decommissioning/ cut overs since Feb 2010. I took the opportunity with an open mind and haven’t looked back.
Left Techsico Enterprises after work began to slow down dramaticly. My supervisor then moved to a different company and asked me if I would care to come with for better benefits and pay.
