Crew Foreman in Charge of Nebraska Operations. From completing new turnkey installations for customers such as Verizon and US Cellular I manage field operations, tech support as well as tower modifications. As this is a new company I began working for I have quickly gained the trust of our customers by assisting with technical issues the customers tech’s could not understand from new CPRI Panel installs as well as Ret Integrations. But assisting our customers technicians with knowledge of needing to Reboot the RRU’s/RRH’s and completing forced calibrations to read new RET Motors inline to tracing out fiber patch panels inside CPRI Panels I have gained the customers trust when calling our company for Maintenance and repairs along with the common Co-Lo’s and LTE Installs.

By providing a service never before offered such as our 360 degree HD aerial video inspections (drone), provided high quality visual inspection services for wireless carriers and other industries by use of UAV's. With the utilization of elevation software I was able to establish where damage is exactly on cabling installed up a tower. Responsible for creating Scope of Work, MSA, LSA and other highly detailed Quotes, P.O's and Contract agreements.

Responsible for developing and modifying contracts pertaining to client (AT&T), conforming bid packages to project documents, validating contractor bids, and negotiating project contracts with contractors, for a multitude of construction projects. In addition, was responsible for preparing, negotiating and reviewing all tower contract and subcontract documents, preparing proposals, and modifications. Primary responsibility was to review all documents from the CD's, S.A., Scope of work and RFDS to determine that all documents were prepared in the correct manner, report all deficiencies to appropriate department (ie. Structural Engineers, Leasing, RF and or the PM. I also worked with various organizations including Finance, Program Management, and the Subcontractor Partner Program in efforts to locate additional companies to assist in the project. Led conference calls to ensure the subcontractors were in the compliance with company guidelines.

Scoping Engineer III

AT&T LTE site design engineer. Managed the entire scoping program for the LTE install in Iowa market, including coordinating with a team of scoping specialists who perform scoping for original OOMs, OOM revisions and financial true-ups in conjunction with project closeout. Act as a quality minded leader who is able to communicate well at all levels of the telecom business. Worked with Project Managers to create and submit quotes to clients for cell site work, including developing the scope of work, engineering requirements, material requirements, resource requirements & detailed pricing. Attended client and internal meetings and conducted vendor meetings as necessary to determine and verify completeness of SOW and pricing for individual projects. Advised the client of any problems with SOW and RFDS regarding completeness or accuracy. Reviewed and managed RFDS and other RF Engineering related documents and ensure they are interpreted correctly by internal groups and external vendors.
Participated in pre-build site surveys as necessary to clarify the scope of work for vendors and to create accurate and complete OOMs. Participated in post-build site surveys as necessary to verify vendor quality and to assist in true-up of vendor Purchase Orders. Assisted with preparation and review of Vendor Bid Packages; received and reviewed vendor quotes. Developed a strong working knowledge of AT&T Turfing contract and driver pricing to ensure they were enforced with regard to the scoping function. Supported Project Managers, C Managers and Project Controls personnel with regard to scoping, OOMs, OOM revisions and financial true-ups. Reviewed, submitted and modified OOM’s to incorporate any changes made during construction.

Ran a crew in building the Alcatel Lucent/Sprint New Vision Project integrating their LTE across Virginia, DC, Maryland & North Carolina. Assisted in Verizon Installs, and Mastered troubleshooting their equipment on towers. Conducted site walks and was responsible for closeout packages. Completed all jobs with perfect completion rating in timely manners day or night.
