Design, prepare, set up and perform radio frequency test measurements such as gain transfer, frequency response, spurious search, noise figure, modulation index, radiated emissions, radiated susceptibility, insertion loss, return loss, self-compatibility, C/3IM by using manual and automated test racks. Manage NCR troubleshooting, dispositions, and non-standard activities. Prepare, calibrate and troubleshoot test equipments. Create State Files and validate configurations prior releasing to technicians to perform test measurements. Responsible to trained and lead up to nine technicians to test the spacecraft.
