General Manager & R.M.E. for Eagle TCS
Eagle was also a start up company when I was hired. My duties were similar to those at Rapid with respect to development of office and field procedures. At the same time I was putting together teams to manage architecture, engineering and construction for Sprint PCS sites as well as constantly maintaining customer relations and project budgets. Within six months I was using these procedures and teams to manage more than a hundred jobs on a daily basis. These projects were in different stages of development ranging from zoning drawings through to actual construction of the facility. When I left Eagle my teams consisted of nearly 50 employees.
