Electro-Mechanical / Field Service Technician:
Chase Logeman is a builder of liquid fill machines for use primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. Specializing in stopper/seal, screw cap and also micro-tube filling.
My responsibilities included mechanical assembly, panel building, all electrical AC and DC including PLC, I/O, HMI, and pneumatic systems.
I was also responsible for initial startup and testing, including fill testing to meet customer specs.
Setup and documentation of all machine settings, including changeover SOP, and assisting with validation/IOQ documentation.
Extensive travel to customer facilities for installation of new equipment, training, repair.

Relay Technician:
Responsible for installing automated controls and switching equipment for Duke Energy substations. Involved the wiring and testing of control relays, transformers, breakers and switching gear.

Brayton is a manufacturer of high end office furnishings.
Manufacturing Engineer:
I was responsible for six product lines which I, with the help and advice from the assembly techs, laid out in work cells for manual assembly.
This eased product flow and increased productivity by 10%
Redesigned the arm mounting for a high selling waiting room chair which saved the company $65,000 in returns and rejects, as well as solved a safety issue.
Changed the machining process on an aluminum casting which would not move freely on its tablet slides. I did not have to redesign the castings to accomplish this.
