Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:

● Work directly with client on a daily basis.
● Update clients with completed trouble tickets & proposed schedule daily.
● Schedule 6 to 8 crew daily and provided each with a scope of work.
● Provide guidance to in house troubleshooting crews.
● Reviewe CD's, RFDS etc. Provided scopes of work and bids on proposed work.
● Site walks. Bid walks. Punch walks.
● Schedule crane/lifts when needed.
● Order parts and materials.
● Attend meetings with client.
● Maintain, review & submit all deliverables in a closeout package as requested by the client.

● Work on T-Mobile AIR21 antenna upgrades.
● Review, approve and submit all tests top client.
● Review RFDS, CDS etc. Create scope of work
● Schedule cranes/lifts when needed.
● Create and submit close out packages.
● Conduct safety meetings.

Field Supervisor
Metro RF - Totowa, NJ - February 2010 to January 2013
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:

● Maintain neat, fully stocked vehicle
● Work on both service and non service impacting antenna and line issues
● Test, repair/replace as needed in the RET system (all types)
● Maintain and submit daily sweeps, photos & log of events.
● Installation of UMTS and LTE upgrades to sites, mainly tmobile.
● Assist with weekly meetings.
● Train less seasoned employees.

Foreman
Wireless Builders - Paterson, NJ - May 2005 to January 2010
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:

● Installation of monopoles, tree poles & flagpoles.
● Collar mount installation, t-arm, antenna masts, antenna, coax & connectors ( All Carriers )
● Ground entire site from top down to earth.
● Preventative maintenance on Nextel sites.
● Test all new equipment
● Weather seal connections.
● Review sweeps and photos - submit to client.
● Pre Con walks
