Upgrading T-Mobile service from 2G to 3G and 4G, adding UMTS and LTE. Decommission 2000 series radios and batteries installing 6000 series radios and battery strings. Running contractors CM’s and Tower leads. Did between 1 and 20 sites a night, while keeping system performance at its best.

Led multiple simultaneous builds of NSB’s, 1-C to 4-C (UMTS) , LTE and working with existing GSM. Added equipment including radios, coax, antennas and RRUs. Managed up to six resources. Redlining drawings as needed, while keeping system performance in mind.

Worked with AT&T’s CM’s and Dynis Contractors to do Site Visits, to verify BOM is correct and adding whatever may be missing . Redlining drawings as needed, verify SOW on each site and when complete do a site walk that the work was completed properly on NSB’s, 1-C to 4-C, LTE sites then verify Closeout Paperwork is complete and Closeout the site.
