Profile____________________________________________________________________________________
A professional HR Administrator with four years of combined personnel and organizational management experience alongside three years of specialized training in public personnel management. I am driven by growth and opportunities to develop new skills and experiences while sharping old ones. Within my career as a HR professional I’ve gained experience in employee/management relations, benefit and leave administration, workers compensation, compliance measures, training development, performance management, policy/procedure development and implementation. I’ve recruited and assisted in the development of positions in various fields such as academia, mental/developmental health, veterinary medicine, IT and telecommunications. I’m exceptionally proud of a unique opportunity I’ve had in assisting and contributing to the development and establishment of a HR department/presence and assisting that organization through an acquisition and the merging of the two companies. I’ve studied and evaluated the practice of NC Workplace law, OSHA and HIPPA guidelines. Also I have a working knowledge of US Labor law. Currently I’m in pursuit of my Masters in Human Resources Management and will be setting for my PHR certification in the near future. My overall goal as a professional HR Administrator is to ensure a peak working environment where qualified employees and management are informed, engaged, and effective. A thought, a satisfied employee is an effective employee and effective employees are key to every successful organization.
