Site Supervision of In-house and Sub Crews on Sprint and T-Mobile Installs. Installed Antennas and Equipment for LTE, New Installs, Upgrades, Audits, precons, Post Construction/ punch walks. Checked site Progress on a daily Basis, Helped with sites when needed, Helped with training and installs. Reported to PM and CMS daily, Checked COPs to ensure they were complete. Helped Schedule crews and kept up with trackers and updated daily. Ensured installs were up to standards and made sure crews were trained to the standards.

Oversee multiple crews on 500+ site Verizon AWS/LTE Installs. Checked Construction of 4-8 crews on a daily basis. Pre and post walks with crews. Insured quality work was performed on sites. BOMs, SOWs and Sitewalks. Punchwalks with crew when site was complete enabling less downtime for crews to not have to remobilize to a site. Held the crews to a high standard of construction.
