2012 – 6 / 2012; (Three months); Sentrillion - Video Surveillance Consultant. (Temp work) - I installed cameras and programmed devices for the United States Border Patrol. My work was on both the Mexican and Canadian Borders. This was Consultant work for the Federal Government. I worked with Federal Officials on the Install of High-Resolution long-term Video Storage Devices. I received formal training on this equipment. Maintained strong, positive relations with Federal Government/USBP.
2011 – 12/2011; (Three months); CSS Corp - Tech Support (Temp work) - Testing / Analysis of the 4G/LTE Ericsson Radio’s newly installed for US Cellular. I worked with Field Engineers in an effort to meet parameters / KPI’s promised to end-user. I worked on downloads, ping-latency, handoffs, RF Power, Corrupt Software issues, etc. I dealt with the public, local police and landowner right-of-way issues. This position required that I be able to multitask. Used Outlook, Microsoft Word, VISIO extensively. This position required direct involvement in Ericsson 4G/LTE Deployment Acceptance Testing.
2010 – 2011; TekSystems - Tech Support (Temp work) - DS-1/DS-3 DSX Cross-connect wiring/testing. Installed Voice/Data wiring in Oklahoma (Native American) HUD Hospital. Installed Fire Protect System (wiring) at DHS Facility, Oklahoma. I worked on Fiber System Turn-up at Verizon in Whittier, CA. I also worked at Verizon Customer Database Center resolving ANI discrepancies. I worked at TekSystems Six X.
2007 – 1/2008; (One year); Pacific Lightnet / Wavecom - Honolulu, HI - Senior NOC Technician - for The Hawaiian Islands. Fiber Testing. DS-1/DS-3 Testing. Trouble Ticket Management. SCADA. Worked on Submarine Oceanic Fiber Systems. I developed/implemented procedure for work on High-Priority FAA/Arinc Circuits. Made my site partially AT&T Compliant. I worked extensively with end users on testing / trouble shooting circuit failures. I received Letter of Commendation from Manager for DS-3 work. Pacific Lightnet was purchased by Hawaiian Telephone.
2003 – 12/2008; (Four years); Catholic Charities Homeless Shelter(s) - Santa Rosa, CA - The Shelters I worked at provided services for more than 900 Homeless Clients. Catholic Charities has a Zero Tolerance policy for drugs, weapons and violence. This job required that I work effectively with extremely difficult homeless clients. I Took One Year off to work at Pacific Lightnet in Honolulu, HI (above) and returned.
