Responsible for overall maintenance of the concrete manufacturing plant. Assemble, dismantle, and/ or reassemble equipment or machinery. Weld, repair gear boxes, and perform electrical repairs to machines, equipment, and buildings. Install equipment or attachments on machinery or equipment. Install locks, hinges, or related hardware. Lubricate machinery, equipment or parts. Estimate time or cost for installation or repairs. Coordinate repairs and routine maintenance on all mobile equipment. Operate crane, hoist, or hydraulic boom in manufacturing setting. Maintain work tools and clean and organize maintenance shop. Maintain parts inventory and order supplies as needed. Document and maintain maintenance/ repair records. Perform safety inspections and adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and regulation as well as OSHA.
