Stuart Petroleum Testers- 04/2014 to 10/2015 (Safety Manager)
SPTI is a flowback and hydraulics company working for Chesapeake, Anadarko, Halcon, Apache, and so forth.
As regional safety manager over the TX region, I oversee training, site audits, field and incident report, as well as ordering and issuing PPE.
I conduct weekly and monthly safety meetings with the employees as well as the customers.

WesTower- 03/2013 to 04/2014 (Safety Manager)
I worked in Denver, CO as the regional safety manager over Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho & Montana.
As the safety manager, I was responsible for all new hire training and new contractor reviews.
I performed audits on all in house employees and sub-crews for job site safety compliance.
I reviewed all Fleetmatics reports and monitored speeding and driving hours.
I would maintain all training modules and keep employees up to date on rescue, rigging, crane and hoist training.

Verticom- 5/2011 to 02/2013 (Construction Manager, Safety Manager)
Verticom has offices in TX, AR, & OK.
I conducted all in-house safety training.
I was also over the day to day operations of the OKC crews, dealing with the preconstruction and post construction walks, close out packages, dealing with Goodman Networks and Sprint in regards to the BOM and SOW. Mostly on the UMTS and LTE side.

High Performance Communications- 07/2004 to 11/2010 (Project Manager, Construction manager, Safety Officer)
HPC did everything from: UMTS, Stacking, Tower beef-ups, Microwave, Turnkey Sites, Maintenance & Site repair.
They had a customer base of 35 clients; at one time we had 4 offices: TX, FL, IL, CO. & 18 in-house crews with 11 sub crews.

Total Telco Specialist- 07/2001 to 07/2004 (Construction / Project Manager)
T.T.S. had 4 offices: 2 in CA, 1 in NV, 1 in CO.
I worked in the Denver, CO office.
We did cellular, Microwave and Turnkey sites for T-Mobile.
I handled Bid walks, scheduling, close-out packages, material ordering and oversaw the Denver crews.

Communications Equipment Specialist- 09/96 to 07/2001 (Foreman)
I started with C.E.S. when I was 17yrs old as a hand.
As the range of my skills grew, I rose to foreman and then rose to head foreman over the Atlanta, GA region over 5 crews. (C.E.S. had 4 offices: MO, GA, CO, NH.)
During my time there I traveled every state in the lower 48 & did everything from Cell, Tower Erection and Microwave.
