I can confidently lead a tower crew to work collectively to build cell sites. I can troubleshoot and diagnose faults in a cell system. I have experience resolving issues like loss of power, bad fiber, water in coax, RSSI, VSWR, etc. My main area of expertise is AT&T and T-Mobile. I have been through several training classes to learn and follow national standards (TELCORE and others). I have done work in the North East and Mid-West markets.

My goal is to eventually become a CM in telecommunications. Currently I am looking for a lateral move to continue learning and growing with a new company.
