Proactively scope the technical solution required by to address customer requirements, assess customers’ met and unmet needs.
Reviewing and analyzing the tender documents for low current systems and special airport systems including Design Drawings, Contract Documents, Specifications and Bill of Quantity to understand the client’s project requirements
In turn creating the project scope understanding, answering the RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Key Account Sales manager
Generating the Quantity Takeoffs, Preparing the final Bill of Quantity and preparing the final cost estimate, including floating enquiries to various suppliers/manufacturers, creating cost comparison studies, analyzing project resource requirements, creating schedule of rates and coordinating with the head system engineers to determine the final cost.
Liaising with relevant departments to prepare the technical and commercial submittals which have to be submitted as part of the tendering and bidding process.
Preparing final Job Authorization forms once the projects is awarded.
As part of the bidding process prepared the Prequalification (PQQ) documents; general and as per the clients requirements including tender review presentations.
