In 2008, a Telecommunications Business Unit was formed to serve the Houston Metro area with deployment of microwave and fiber Systems. Our professional staffs of project managers, designers, and field technician’s provide turnkey microwave and fiber installations and maintenance for our clients with our office, warehouse, and staging yard strategically located in North Houston. The work includes the evaluation of end-user needs, requirements definitions, budgeting, design, procurement and deployment support, project management, acceptance testing, maintenance, and 24x7 emergency on-site support of network infrastructure.

To ensure quality service and timely installations, Champion Technology Services assigns a project manager as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for each Customer project. The project managers are tasked with ensuring all Customer approved project schedules, procedures, and safety policies are followed. The project manager also provides file updates to track project statuses, implements conference calls and field meetings as required, and provides final acceptance documentation to its Customers.
