D&D Drilling Inc founded in December of 1999 by its two present owners David Noffsinger and David Mack.
From its conception to its present time it has grown from three employees including owners to sixty employees. The company now has ten drills in operation as well as dig crews to service its clientele and forever growing to accommodate clientele of the future.

Our record of accomplishments started on projects with Level 3 communications (Kiewit project) drilling the last rock bores from Frederick County to Hancock. We now pride ourselves in having achieved drilling the Chesapeake and Patapsco and installing over 1 million feet of cable and duct during our relationship with Baltimore Gas and Electric. We have also drilled lengths that vary from 50 feet to several thousand feet.
