PASSWORDS/PRICE - If you are requesting a Pricelist Password or item Price please indicate which item number you need priced or which of the three passwords you require:
1. Vertex Standard Radio Password
2. Vertex Standard Accessories Password
3. Midland Password (Midland/Maxon/Legacy)

QUESTIONS - Please keep your questions short. Long, multi-part questions or requests may be removed as spam. Do not leave the subject line blank.

ORDERS - If you are inquiring about an order status be sure your order number is in the subject line of the email.

QUOTES - Quotation requests should have "RFQ" in the subject line of the email.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER - If you are changing or canceling an order be sure your order number is in the subject line of the email. EMAIL IS NO LONGER 100% RELIABLE FOR VITAL MESSAGES. BE SURE YOU RECEIVE A RETURN EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

PROGRAMMING - If you are emailing your programming information be sure your order number is in the subject line of the email.

RETURNS - Please carefully read the returns policy at RETURNS before emailing for a RA number.

SHIPPING DAMAGE - If your order has been damaged during shipping please see SHIPPING for the proper procedure to obtain a replacement or credit.
