Al, what is your hope for the future of Structural Buildings?

“As the original sole owner of Structural Buildings I knew for the company to continue after me I’d need to either sell or create an ownership plan within the company. I started working on passing ownership and management to my son Chad and a few other key employees a few years ago.  I am pleased to say the ownership transition was completed successfully in 2015.

I have complete confidence in Chad and am proud of the team he has put in place to support him to further the legacy I started. I am enjoying my new role working in support of my son and the ownership team as Structural Buildings continues to grow and prosper. I am excited about Chad’s vision for the future and how he and the team are making it all possible.

I have no doubt that the momentum created in the last 30 years will keep building long into the future. As the founder of Structural Buildings I will always encourage all the employees to be ethical, happy and proud of what they do professionally and personally. After all, that’s what matters most in life!”
