What We Do
Fireline Broadband provides high-speed fiber optic and fixed wireless (microwave) internet, along with related services such as, data center connectivity, cabling, multi-tenant building solutions, event internet, and rural/business internet. We own and operate our own private infrastructure—including over 450 route miles of fiber and more than 80 mountain-top radio towers—rather than reselling or rebranding other providers’ services. Speeds reach up to 10 Gbps (with some references to higher capacities like 100 Gbps on fiber), and we emphasize low latency, high reliability (up to 99.999% availability claims), direct peering with hundreds of networks (including major ones like Google/YouTube), and responsive local support via their own Network Operations Center and technicians. Coverage focuses on Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside/San Bernardino, San Diego, Palm Springs, Lake Arrowhead areas, etc.) and extends to Las Vegas/Nevada. We position themselves as the largest privately owned fiber/fixed wireless ISP in the region, serving businesses since 1999 with a ground-up network designed for business customers.

Size
Fireline Broadband is a small-to-mid-sized private company. Employee estimates consistently fall in the 11–23 range.

Culture
Fireline Broadband's culture is built on teamwork, with a “work hard, play hard and have fun” ethos. We emphasize a diverse, dedicated team of engineers, technicians, customer service, sales, and support staff who are challenged to think creatively, take pride in their work, and focus on constant improvement to deliver reliable services. Our environment is fun, with perks including medical and dental benefits, a profit-sharing plan, paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays), referral bonuses, unlimited snacks, and a “fun work environment.” Employee reviews describe a small company with nice people, a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, good benefits/health insurance, holiday giving, a hands-on owner, and a relaxed-yet-fast-paced setting with solid teamwork and stability. Some feedback notes that owners are very involved in day-to-day operations (which can limit delegation/training in a small firm) and that growth potential exists. Overall, it comes across as a close-knit, practical, customer- and operations-focused small business rather than a large corporate environment.
