•    $1000 sign-on bonus for experienced tower climbers (3+ years exp. Climbing towers)
•    The positions are full time, permanent W2 roles and include:

• Competitive pay rates & per diem based on location of work
• 40-60 hours per week with 1.5x OT after 40 hrs
• 4 weeks on, 5 days off
• If over 250 miles from home, $250 towards travel and keep per diem
• Safety training and accreditation provided as necessary
