Tryzub LLC invites you to join our team as Tower Top Hand
- Carrier - TMO
- Market Iowa/Nebraska

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead all top-of-tower activities including antenna, mount, and transmission line installations
- Direct tower crew during lifts and critical operations
- Execute and oversee rigging operations (multi-point lifts, load control, equipment setup)
- Participate in planning construction approach, rigging methods, and day-to-day execution of L&A work
Interpret construction drawings, scopes of work, and field conditions to guide execution - Ensure proper installation of antennas, mounts, and transmission lines (coax, hybrid, fiber)
- Verify equipment installation, weatherproofing, grounding, and labeling meet standards
- Maintain proper cable routing, dressing, and bend radius compliance
- Identify and resolve field issues (fitment, material discrepancies, structural conflicts)
- Perform final quality checks on completed work prior to closeout
- Coordinate with ground crew to maintain safe and efficient workflow
- Mentor and guide TT1 and TT2 technicians on tasks, quality, and expectations
- Maintain tools, PPE, and rigging equipment in safe working condition
- Enforce all safety, fall protection, and site-specific requirements at all times
Required Skills / Qualifications
- 3+ years of tower experience
- At least 1 year of proven experience as Top Hand on L&A projects
- Strong understanding of L&A installation standards and carrier requirements
- Experience working with major OEM equipment (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes, and project documentation
- Strong knowledge of rigging operations and field execution
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and site operations
- Ability to make decisions and resolve issues in real time
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrates leadership, accountability, and a safety-first mindset
Certificates required:
- OSHA 10
- First Aid CPR
- NWSA TTT 1- will be a plus
