Cell Tower Climber for Houston Texas

Work to be performed in the Texas Markets of Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. The Cell Tower Climbers’ primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Perform installation and maintenance of antennas, mounts, and other telecom equipment on cellular towers.
• Inspect and test components, cabling, and antennas to ensure optimal performance.
• Climb and maneuver on high structures such as towers, rooftops, and other elevated platforms.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures, including the use of safety equipment and harnesses.
• Document installation, repair, and maintenance activities for record-keeping and future reference.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or tower structures.
• Assist in the transportation of equipment and tools to the worksite.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, particularly regarding safety concerns and operational issues.
