Field Service Technician

Job Title – Field Service Technician

Location – Elizabeth, CO (Must reside within a 1-hour commute)

Role Type – Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

• Comfortable and safe working at heights (100–500+ ft on towers and manlifts)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record

• Physically capable of lifting and carrying 80 lbs and working outdoors in all seasons

• Positive, team-oriented mindset with adaptability to shifting tasks and schedules

• Willingness to travel for 10–15 projects per year (no rotation longer than 2–3 weeks)

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless and microwave communication systems

• Perform work at heights on towers and in manlifts using proper fall protection and safety protocols

• Follow strict safety standards including PPE use, RF awareness, and site-specific guidelines

• Engage in physical labor such as carrying gear and equipment up to 80 lbs

• Operate outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round

• Receive on-the-job training and industry certifications (climbing, safety, etc.)

• Collaborate with small field crews (2–4 members) under the supervision of a Foreman

• Ensure punctual, consistent 7:00 AM start time with guaranteed 40 hours per week and overtime potential

• Participate in occasional travel for field projects, varying month to month

• Represent the team with professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic in field environments
