Covenant Technologies is looking for a Field Tech Foreman on behalf of our client is a leading provider in the wireless infrastructure and telecommunications construction space, known for its strong safety culture, craftsmanship, and high-quality turnkey solutions. With a family-oriented and collaborative team environment, they are expanding to meet increasing demand in the region.

Job Title – Field Tech Foreman
Location – Elizabeth, CO (Must reside within a 1-hour commute)
Role Type – Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications construction or tower work

  • 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing field crews

  • Strong safety focus with ability to enforce safety protocols and conduct field inspections

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record; comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Ability to travel for up to 10–15 projects per year, with each trip typically no longer than 2–3 weeks

Responsibilities and Job Details:

  • Lead a team of 2–4 Field Technicians on turnkey tower build and maintenance projects

  • Plan daily field operations and ensure quality assurance and on-time project delivery

  • Serve as a hands-on leader, balancing supervisory duties with technical field work

  • Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and clients during onsite activities

  • Execute construction and maintenance on towers, rooftops, aerial, and underground systems

  • Maintain and enforce strict safety standards during all phases of work

  • Provide mentoring and field training to junior technicians

  • Adapt to dynamic project scopes and timelines with effective problem-solving

  • Guarantee 40-hour workweeks with opportunities for overtime; typical start time is 7:00 AM

  • Participate in up to 10–15 travel projects annually, with durations averaging 2–3 weeks

  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and close-knit work environment with strong teamwork values
