Ace Towers LLC is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused leader who can manage a crew, oversee daily field operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications tower industry (REQUIRED)
- Previous crew leadership or foreman experience
- Strong experience with tower climbing, rigging, antenna installations, modifications, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, and installation specifications
- Experience with carrier equipment installations, troubleshooting, and testing
- Knowledge of RF safety, fall protection, rescue procedures, and OSHA regulations
- Ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity
- Experience completing JSAs/JHAs, daily reports, and project closeout documentation
- Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Must reside within commuting distance of the Baltimore–Washington area
