Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tower Tech II or III to join our dynamic team. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment. The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols. They must have AT&T and Verizon experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and UHF/VHF tower equipment.
• Microwave Installations, Troubleshooting and Inspections
• Proficient installation of fiber and power to include testing of fibers
• Tower cable changeouts, plumb & tension to include all types of tower modifications
• Conducting routine inspections and ensuring structural integrity
• Following safety protocols and compliance regulations
• Completing closeout requirements on time and accurately
• Working at heights and handling specialized tools
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Must know about ANSI 10.48
• Looking for climbers with Anritsu, ATC200-lite, ODM and JDSU fiber experience.
• Looking for knowledge At-t, Verizon & T-Mobile installs
• Must be able to read Cd’s and RFDS
• Knowledge of tower safety protocols and RF Awareness, climber /rescue, rigging Etc.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Must pass a urinalysis test
• Valid and clean driver’s license, Class (A) a plus
• NWSA certified
