Description
We are seeking experienced Tower Climbers to support high‑quality wireless infrastructure builds and upgrades. This role requires a dependable technician with strong technical ability, proven climbing experience, and professionalism to work safely and efficiently at height.
Responsibilities
- Safely climb and work on towers up to 500 ft using approved fall‑protection systems
- Install, route, and troubleshoot antennas, lines, RRUs, mounts, coax, and fiber
- Perform sector builds, line and antenna swaps, and structural modifications
- Execute sweep, PIM, and fiber testing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the Foreman with rigging plans, lift coordination, and crew workflow
- Complete daily reports, JHAs, close‑out photos, and required documentation
- Maintain PPE, climbing gear, rigging equipment, and tools in proper condition
- Travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays and varied weather conditions
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3+ years of tower climbing experience—must be fully qualified
- Strong rigging, rescue, and elevated‑work skills
- Solid understanding of RF systems, grounding, weatherproofing, and carrier standards
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug screen and climb test
- Preferred certifications: OSHA 10/30, NWSA TTT1, RF, ComTrain, First Aid/CPR
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Work at height for extended periods
- Perform duties in varying outdoor conditions
