Job Description
My tasks were to serve the technology needs of the department. The key roles of this position include the following functional areas:

Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software programs.
Installs, assembles and configures computers, routers, network infrastructure and peripherals and related hardware;
Pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration including patch panels and face plates installations.
Develops and maintains good relations with the customers, applying basic sales and customer service skills presented in the orientation training and other future trainings
Apply appropriate techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.
Completing all the necessary account management forms, like activity reports, as requested by the supervisor.
I had acted as a Team Leader in many projects like Kwik Kopy, El Geziera Travel, and Sanabel & Higher institute for technology. (Site Survey /Designing /Implementing /Configuring & Testing network infrastructure)
