Responsibilities:

-Troubleshoot, Assemble and mount Wireless Communication lines from coaxial to fiber.

-Safely climb wireless towers of up to 500 feet.

-Terminate & replace all low voltage wiring.

-Ensure proper safe rigging of all equipment and tools to be pulled up the towers.

-Use Windows based OS to set and adjust RET & azimuth of antennas.

-Responsible for all daily reports/closeouts.

-Safety Officer responsible for general crew safety

-Ensuring all tools/equipment to be in safe working condition before use each day.

-General install/upgrade & repair of LTE antennas, radios, mounts and structures in a safe & efficient manner.

-Experienced Tower Lead-Gravitec, ComTrain & Anritsu trained.

-Professional computer skills, both use & repair.
