• Responsible for parameter configuration & modifications such as TRX Capacity Upgrade of 2G sites, TDM to Packet Abis migration of 2G sites, ATM to IP conversion of Nokia WBTS, MAL change, TCH Initial frequency, GSM900 and GSM1800 Frequency Refarming, WCDMA Carrier upgrade, Software upgrade on GSM 900/1800, UMTS 900/2100 and LTE 800/1800/2600 BTS and RNC Offloading/Rehosting
• Implemented successful 20 Mhz activation of NSN Flexi Multiradio LTE 1800 and GSM 1800 sites.
• Handled Technology Upgrade, Modernization and BTS Swap of GSM 900/1800, UMTS 900/2100 and LTE 800/1800/2600 sites activities.

• Performed parameter configuration and modification, Rehoming and Rehosting of UMTS sites, 3G carrier upgrade and HSDPA throughput addition, integration of UMTS 2100/900 sites, decommissioning of Licenses from WBTS, changing scrambling codes of UMTS sites,
• Analyzed neighboring plans and identification of missing neighbors (ADJG, ADJS, ADJI and ADJL)) and performed consistency checks for Neighbor auditing
• Responsible for the modification of parameters that can improve site's status such as Inter/Intra Handover, Parameter modification, Cell resetting, Cell Blocking/Unblocking, Power Modification, Frequency Re-farming, etc.
