Assumed a leadership role, taking responsibility of 10 lower ranking Marines.

Successfully passed on knowledge and gave experience by conducting classes and practical application of acquired skills.

December 2012 – November 2013

Took personal responsibility for over $2.5 Million worth of military vehicle equipment.

Successfully raised the readiness of the On Vehicle Equipment from 15% to 95%.

Maintained a readiness of 90% or higher.

Saved the United States Marine Corps approximately $1.2 Million by organizing and taking accountability of vehicle equipment

Brought the vehicle readiness from 60% to 85% through the proper use of preventive maintenance and the maintenance repair process.

Successfully increased the physical fitness of 25 Marines through the application of extra physical training and nutrition guidelines.

Successfully participated in the completion of over 50 tactical combat missions.

Saved the United States Marine Corps time and money through quick thinking and improvisation on time sensitive missions.

Personally transported over 500 tons of gear/food and 150,000 gallons of water over a total of 40,000 miles of desert and mountainous terrain.
