Ericsson ( Washington DC ,August, 2014 to Feb. 9th,2016):

-Working on ALU switch/BSC remotely to see the status of the cell site through Secure CRT.
-Visiting the cell site and doing following things for Operation and Maintenance to restore the CDMA/LTE site.
- Check the signaling link first (between Router and Equipment)
-Check the URC (CDM) card and load the generic (we have to be careful about Voice and EVDO generic).
-Check the TFU card and its performance, GPS lock and external Rubidium clock system.
-Check all the CCU card and request for license Swap in EVM card.
-Check all RUI/OCM card and RRHs are normal if not check the fiber (Light level) and SFP between RUI and RRH.
-Check the RSSI for diversity imbalance, VSWR for return loss with the help of Secure CRT, Dummy load and Anritsu sweep tester.
-Most of the DAS site, we found high RSSI value as a result high Call drop Rate(CDR) and Call Block rate(CBR), with help of dummy load and sweep tester (Spectrum Analyzer) ,isolating the problem i.e ALU equipment side or DAS equipment side.
-Replacing the faulty RRH if it is reachable, otherwise open SMRT for tower crew.
-Through secure CRT, using different Procom Command to restore and remove the different unit in cell site.
-Update in/out inventory for unit installed and replaced in ATLAS.
-Order new part, update RMA and SMRT number in WFM ticket and update RMA returning tool.
-Similarly checking the status of both 1900 and 2500 Mhz eNb through SAMB(remotely) and on site NEM(13.1,13.3,14.1 and 14.3).
-Loading the different Generic and work order (WO) on eCCM-U and eCCM2 card.
-Coordinating with Tier1,Tier2 and NTAC to resolve the problem and request for WO for corresponding generic(Software).

On Clear wire site:
-Checking the status of Microwave link, and status of site through clear wire switch.
-Configuring (frequency, IP,TX power etc) new Dragan wave IDU in case of replacement faulty one.
