Supervise/Assist crew members site build and in line testing on AT&T cell phone towers

Install 1C, 2C, 3C, 4C.and 4G LTE antennas, power, fiber trunks and squids.

Doing shelter work (ie powering up recap, installing rack, securing jumpers to cable tray)

Manage warehouse inventory, and ensure all equipment for build is present and in working condition.

Supervise/Assist crew members in installing 4G L.T.E Antennas ie(color code, weather proofing, all jumpers are supported to standard

Making sure all proper paperwork is completely ie (JSA, Trouble ticket info, ect) filled out every day before work starts

Ensuring safety precautions are enforced, check rigging, check quality of all ropes and all safety gear (ie. harness, slings, blocks, carabiners, capstand hoist) and all other equipment is in good working order.

Taking close out pictures and/or reviewing close out pictures taken by crew members.

Completing login/log out paper work along with daily reports.

Completing punch walks with customer to ensure all work is all work in acceptable.
