I worked in telecommunication construction for 4years then was transferred to customer service field tech. I am responsible for the installation/repair of the new integrated digital TV, high speed Internet and voice services. Educate customers on service features and functionality. I work with copper, fiber, coax and running of any lines. Possibly work in small confined spaces or aloft (up to 30ft). Work outdoors in all kinds of weather. I work independently most of the time. I operate company vehicle, hand tools, power tools, ladders, voltmeters, cable locators, and detection devices. I practice safe use of all equipment.
