To find a company that is family oriented, and that is willing to put as much into myself having a successful and rewarding career, as I am at giving honesty, loyalty, dedication, and quality driven work done safely at all times-the first time. So that in turn, the company and everyone else in it will succeed and have a stable place to provide for their family and retire. I am not against traveling, however I have a wonderful wife and three beautiful children, and we reside in Newark , OH. So of course I would love to be home as much for them as possible, however I have been living this industry for many years, so I know that things change hourly. But luckily, I also know that to have a successful life/family/and career-it takes equal parts sacrifice and dedication daily. That along with a lot of patience to know that being rewarded doesn’t always happen quickly.
