Performed troubleshooting of issues that prevented on time turn up completions. Provisioned designed circuits with knowledge of multiple technologies from various vendors such as DACS, routers, switches, and NIU's on such circuits as analog, digital, Ethernet, and sonet rings. The vendors included Alcatel, Titan, Ericsson, Lucent, Fujitsu, and Tellabs.
Collaborated with upper management to implement the MSOC management system and operational control tool which included creating training classes and materials for technicians to incorporate the system into day to day work processes. This tool was developed to track and improve coaching opportunities for management.
