I am involved in the treatment of the water supply for Pitt County and the surrounding areas. I work with a dynamic team involved in the purification and treatment of the incoming water to see that it treated and procured to the state and local levels of purity and consumption. Also work with the SCADA computing program that aids in the purification process of the local water and monitoring the overall process and status of the plant.

I specialized in technical support and service in key roles in telecommunications area. Primarily working with customers, IT, and carriers on technical issues relating to restoring services with Internet, Networks (Firewall/Routers), Frame Relays, Phone Systems, Local and Long Distance Phones, and Point of Sales.
