Verifies checks are drawn on a US bank or are in US funds. Watch for non-check/cash items.
If courtesy box amount is illegible, clearly write the correct amount above the box.
Examines all remittances to make sure all checks are processed. Circle dollar amount on remittance.
Properly completes work control ticket and follows special instructions on screen. Double check payees before batch create.
