IMG DEVELOPMENTS LLC. - 08/2013 - 05/2015
as Top Hand Tower
My job at IMG was to take care of the tower side of installs. I would always be
the one to get the rope up and the tower
rigged. Then lay out how antennas and radios should be pre-built and rigged to
fly. Lay out were lines should run,hang and be routed. Correctly identify how to
mount antennas with correct hardware. Once everything was up I would be in
charge of
making sure everything was dressed, plugged in, and grounded properly and
cleanly to customers standards. After all
said and done I would do the alignment reports and close out photos. While
taking pictures I would do a final quality
check. All of this while maintaining safety for the co-workers and myself. I
would also be responsible for driving the truck
and trailer. Would help foreman remember what materials we would need to
complete jobs.

as Tower Tech 2
My job here was to either assist the top hand or fill in for him on the tower
side of installs. We did a lot of Verizon coax work and mount swaps. We did
mount swaps for sprint. Currently starting AWS for Verizon.

Decent understanding of testing equipment
Good dexterity
Has a lot of roof top experience
Good at hooking up rru's
Plumbing is clean
Has steel work experience
Can close a tower out with pictures and alignments
