Monitoring client servers, individual computers, and storage area networks. Remotely manage/administer
client machines and servers. Built custom servers depending on various needs mainly mirroring raids. Installed
IP network cameras at client locations, running cat5 wires, and patching as needed. Imaging client laptops
according to orders. Working with proprietary software including; LabTech RMM, ConnectWise ticketing
software, and Symantec Backup Exec 2012. Deploying software packages. Supporting clients by needs
whether face to face or via phone, customer service expectations were always the most important.

College computer network management. Repairing damaged computers, replaced hard drives, video cards,
nic cards, memory, and more. Setup additional computer areas, moved, and imaged Fortis computers.
Installed Fortis software packages and UN-installed old software packages as needed. Spent a couple weeks
assisting a Microsoft Word/Advanced Word class of 40 during my capstone time frame. Helped Networking
curriculum teacher with troubleshooting issues that I had faced, including; ip addresses, routing, and advanced
troubleshooting.

Designing websites for businesses throughout the country. HTML/CSS coding as well as some PHP coding
with a focus on designing and maintaining company websites and web mastering. Adobe Photoshop skills.
Clients would give detailed descriptions of client needs, I would deliver a design based on their requirements.
My main focus while designing websites was to keep my customers 100% satisfied all the time. Self taught
myself Visual Basic 3-7, starting to jump basic into programming with Visual Studio.
