Entry level inspector in VT and MT
Texas Steel Conversion is a global leader in the processing of oil tubular goods and manufacturing of drill pipe. I was employed as an inspector and I was responsible for the visual inspection (VT) pertaining to the process of drill pipe production including forging, heating, and threading which I inspected for any surface imperfection and discontinuities. Following that I did magnetic particle inspection MT both wet and dry to surface and subsurface discontinuities.
