ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Successfully diagnosed and replace faulty transformer located in a HMMWV (High Mobility Multi-purpose Wheeled Vehicle) power supply unit. Completed this task within 2 hours which enabled my unit to reestablish communication to our base station while having minimal impact to the mission.
Diagnosed and repaired four ICBM test stands within one week. These test stands had been down for a few months before I was hired on to Westech. Completing this task effectively and efficiently saved Northrup Grumman and the Government valuable time and money.
Helped launch a new I.T. Service Desk for Novartis, contributed to training other employees, created knowledge base articles for common issues, and provided valuable input to the company regarding I.T. systems and processes.
Diagnosed and modified incorrect military technical orders. These modifications significantly reduced setup time and will greatly increase efficiency for future Airmen.

ICBM Trainer Technician Level 1 October 2015 to Present
Responsible to maintain ICBM (GMATS) test systems and to repair faulty equipment pulled from test system located at Hill Air Force Base and five other bases. Required to meet Air Force Standards and to follow Technical Orders when performing maintenance. Provided critical repair on systems down to the circuit card level since equipment is not replaceable. Weekly preventive maintenance is performed on each test system to ensure stability. Other duties involved setting up and running laboratory simulations, conduct test, document results, and develop client presentation.
