Tower Technician

• Removal of the other existing radio components like waveguide, connectors, brackets and screws.
• Removal and Installation of SAF ODU and FODU for repeater sites on top of tower including removal and installation of new brackets, as well as IDU in cabinet.
• Installation of preconfigured 3G modem and Omni antenna.
• Removal, commissioning and integration of repeater and Remote Management device and switch device from cabinet.
• Measuring, Fabricating, installing, weatherproofing, and replacing damaged equipment and connectors.
• Check Struts and bolts for integrity
• Correct labelling, proper routing of the cables where needed.
• Site cleanup, change of lock pads on cabinet and documentation of all work completed.
• Conduct End to End testing as per the test plan provided by SAF/Customer
