Licensed Site Coordinator
Beginning my professional career with YMCA Southcoast over six years ago, I have had the opportunities to succeed and flourish in each department I have been promoted to.
With a keen skill and recognition for high-risk situation management, I have come to be a lead team member and staff trainer in the Tower Wall and High Ropes Challenge course elements.
During the Summer months for the past 5 years, I am the Lead Boating Manager and Adventure Course Facilitator at Camp Massasoit, located in Mattapoisett MA. A proven leader within the company as a knowledgable and responsible worker in all high-risk elements of the site. Responsible for the program development, staff training, and overall safety of equipment; including infrastructure maintenance and education of the individuals who utilize our camp each year.
Prioritizing safety and education both on the open ocean in the boating program, as well as on the tower elements in the climbing program, have made me passionate and driven to further my career in the tower climber industry.
During the school year months for the past 4 years, I am the Senior Site Coordinator and Licensed EEC Educator for the Sippican After School Program in Marion, MA. Managing and directing 3 peer staff and 46 youth (age 5-13).
