May 2016 – Present Putzmeister America, Technical Documentation Manager

Update and wrote technical content for both large and small line units using adobe InDesign cs6, Composer. Managed ECN process, worked with both field technicians and trainers. Implemented department structure changes for online product technical data and troubleshooting, mainline technical manuals were maintained through the SAP system.

Feb. 2011- Kimray Inc., Mechanical Designer / Technical Data Support Lead

Used both SolidWorks, e-drawings (EPDM) and 3DVia composer to create product line 3D model data bases used in creating technical manuals for manufacturing shop floor, sales support technicians and marketing.

May 2009 – Aug 2010 SolarCat Inc., Mechanical Designer

Create SolidWorks and Pro/E models of structural sub-parts and assemblies for the Power Conversion Unit (PCU). The solar power dish is designed to track the sun while it converts the focused solar thermal energy into grid-quality electricity.

Dec 2008 – Universal Avionics,

Created and modified Proprietary company manuals STML and one of its languages HTML, in the format of Components Maintenance Manual (CMM), List of Effective (LEP), Record of Revision (RR), Temporary Record of Revision (TR), Service Bulletin List (SB), Table of Content (TOC), Description and Operation (D and O), and Illustrated Parts List (IPL). Worked with a team of technical writers and engineers to validate the all company procedures documents.

Designed test fixtures and product assemblies using AutoCAD and Pro/E.

Jan 2005 – Feb 2006 Triumph Air Repair, Technical Data Engineer

Used web based markup languages such as HTML. Also used Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), adobe PaintShop, Acrobat and MS office tools. Worked with contracts from the US Air Force to write and maintain the documentation of Auxiliary Power Unit APU’s, Designed special tools to support various APU sub assemblies also created manuals to train and certify APU technicians and manufacturing engineers in the tear down, repair, cleaning and inspection of sub assemblies. My task was to train APU mechanics, shop tech’s and department leads from the electronic screen document and to ship the APU engine to customer facilities for training.
