Certified Tower Climber/Foreman

those around me with respect and an attitude of service. I want to be with a company that I can grow with
and expand my current knowledge and skill set.

Jacobs Engineering
Feb 2015 to Current
Tower Foreman
After site master, became slow and began shutting down offices, my crew and myself came to Jacobs.
We have worked mainly on sprint 2.5, 65 MHz project. With other carriers, mixed in to that time. The 65
MHz project is at a close and with no future in site. The crew of 4 I run have maintained a flawless
safety record, as well as, completing our sites on time, with little to no punch. We work hard and seek to
maintain a balanced line, between safety and efficiency! I handle the Sweeps and fiber testing for my
crew. I ensure that all documentation, pictures and site is punch free and ready to be uploaded, before
we leave the site. Jacobs is an awesome company, but due to the lack of work and time sitting, there is a
need to move on.

Site Master
Greensboro, NC
March 2014 to Feb 2015
Tower Foreman

Work currently rotating from sprint to TMO. Have been doing builds and maintance for TMO. I
ensure safety and production is met. Turn in closeouts and keep documentation for all my sites I go
to. With my position, I do a lot of teaching to new climbers. Ensuring they do it safely and correctly.
I have a passion for safety. Every set of lanyards, I have been given have the words “TIE OFF OR
FLY OFF” have been written on them. Brings a good talking point to other climbers, when they see
it. I will always take the extra mile to ensure my work is solid!

Vatican Communications
Durham, NC
Sept 2011 to Mar 2014
Foreman to CM

Started working here as a change of career. Began as a climber, after a year was promoted to
Foreman. I ran a crew of 4 working on Sprint and ATT. Ensuring all records for the company were
kept, the crew stayed safe and closeouts were turned in and uploaded.
Worked on mostly L&A and some microwave. During my last few months, I received a promotion to
construction manager/ coordinator. I work on sprint New Vision project and other small projects at
the same time. Keeping records and paperwork, for the sites I oversaw. They offered no benefits at
this company, and with a family I felt, that it was important to have that.

Coastline Care
Safety Officer
August 2005 - September 2011 Wilmington, NC
I am responsible of the well-being of my patient under my direct care in the time of transfer... My primary
responsibility is to ensure the safety of my crew and the correct management of my patient while being
quick but professional. Cleaning my truck after each transport, directing emergency scenes until pt has
been loaded in my unit. We have a wide variety of skills that we use to get our job done quick and
efficient but at the same time keeping in mind that we serve the public and are held to a higher standard.
During my 2 year stint as a safety officer, I took several classes in patient and operation safety.
Implemented emergency plans and every day operations. Set up a training class for “what to do”
situations. I also completed our OSHA approved safety coordinator program.

Night Manager/Auditor
September 2006 - August 2007 • Wilmington, NC
I was the Night Auditor for 11 months while attending classes toward my degree. My responsibility
included balance the books looking for cash and credit card discrepancy and turning my audit pack and
explanation in to my manager for review. During my stay at motel the annual audit of my audit packs was
given a 96 percent. Which is an accomplishment over the 76% that has been in place?
