James Luther II is an advanced PC hardware and software troubleshooter.  He has 4 years of work experience honing his craft through education (Bachelor’s Degree in the Science of Technology) as well as through practical work application.  He has rebuilt computers physically as well as from an OS framework in order to get them replaced or back up to expecting performance levels.  James is also advanced in troubleshooting with computer peripherals such as printers and mobile devices.  He has had the opportunity to lead a Windows XP to Windows 7 conversion companywide in Chromaflo Technologies as well as a mass conversion from Microsoft Office 2003 to Microsoft Office 2010.  He is also familiar with data retention in the form of daily backups.  He has used ARC Serve server management software to help with the performance of the above said function.  He has used active directory as a way to also help employees with password management.   He has also performed light to moderate network troubleshooting through multiple systems.  His work ethic and thirst for knowledge is unparalleled and if he is not familiar with something, he is an adverse learner and can be brought up to speed quickly.  He is currently in the process of acquiring his CompTIA Network + and Security + certifications.  He has already accomplished achieving his CompTIA A+ certification.
