I have never been a foreman for a tower crew, however I do have experience PIM and line testing while I worked recently for a company (ADT in Columbus, Ohio) which was installing micro sites around the northern ohio market. So I have done it at the top of the tower as a tower hand, and have run the testing devices on the ground also. I also learned how to splice fiber, although it wasn't very often that I did it. Unfortunately, at the time I wasn't able to travel due to a family member being hospitalized, so was only with them for a few months (which is why I don't have it listed on my resume.

These installs involved a little bit of everything, from civil work like mounting jumper support and chairs for the radios, running fiber and power thru conduit, and finishing up each site mounting and integrating the radio units with the existing cabinets.

Our team, two crews of 4 members each, was given recognition by T Mobile for unusually fast time for these installs, (finishing two installs in one day on several occasions) while maintaining quality that met AT&T standards
